This pair of rear electric tailgate power lift supports is engineered as a direct replacement for BMW X5 E70 SUV from 2007 to 2013, designed to restore full automatic power liftgate operation. Built with reinforced metal housing and sealed hydraulic cylinder, this two-piece set installs on the left and right rear tailgate positions, fully matching the original electric spindle drive size and connector plug for 2007–2013 BMW X5 E70 models.

We upgraded the internal gear structure and high-pressure oil seal compared to the factory original parts; the improved wear resistance eliminates premature oil leakage, and the rigid outer casing avoids bending under frequent opening cycles. No extra modification is needed for installation, and it plugs directly into the factory wiring harness to save repair timeAlibaba.

This replacement fixes common factory issues including tailgate failing to stay open, slow automatic lifting, abnormal clicking noises, sudden dropping of the rear hatch, and repeated replacement caused by internal seal failure. It resolves the most widespread power tailgate defect on E70 X5 without extra trimming.

These struts clear OBD and VCDS trouble codes A2AB, A2B1, A2B2, A2B3, A2B4, A2B5, A2B6, A2B7, A2B8, A2B9, A2BA, A2BC, A2BE and A6E2 triggered by failed electric spindle drive units on the power tailgate.

Free shipping on all orders. Items ship directly from our overseas warehouse and will be dispatched within 24 business hours after payment, with fast delivery to US domestic addressesAlibaba.

We offer a 12-month limited warranty for all manufacturing defects. This power lift support set is fully DIY-friendly; basic hand tools are all you need to finish the swap within 30 minutes without visiting a repair shop.
