Cadillac SRX trunk works again

My SRX liftgate became weak and would not stay open. This replacement restored normal operation.

Thank you for your review. We are glad your Cadillac tailgate is working again.

Perfect replacement part

I checked the OE numbers and confirmed compatibility before ordering. The fit was exactly right.

Much cheaper than dealer repair

The dealership wanted a lot more for this repair. This part solved the problem at a reasonable cost.

Thank you for choosing OUSIMY.

Easy weekend installation

I replaced the old lift support myself. The installation was simple and the hatch works smoothly now.

Restored daily convenience

My SRX is used every day, so having the power tailgate working again makes a big difference.

Looks close to factory quality

The support arrived in good condition and the construction looked very similar to the original part.

Fixed my heavy hatch problem

The old support could barely hold the liftgate. After replacement, opening and closing feels much easier.

Good product but instructions could improve

The part works correctly, but clearer installation guidance would help first-time buyers.

Thank you for your suggestion. We appreciate your feedback.

Reliable replacement for older SRX

My 2014 SRX needed this repair and the replacement fit without any modification.

Works as expected after installation

The lift support has been operating normally for several weeks. Happy with the purchase.

Good value replacement

The quality is good for the price. It fixed the tailgate issue without expensive repairs.
