This complete 10-piece front control arm kit by OUSIMY is engineered as a full OEM replacement suspension solution for BMW 5 Series and 6 Series models including 528i, 535d, 535i, 640i Gran Coupe, and 650i. It renews the entire front suspension system to restore precise steering response, stable vehicle handling, and comfortable daily driving performance.
Basic Product Specifications This full front suspension kit adopts high-strength forged aluminum alloy main body and thickened reinforced rubber bushings with integrated ball joints. The complete 10-piece set includes all necessary upper and lower control arms for both left and right front sides, covering all mounting accessories for one-time full suspension renewal. Designed for front suspension installation, it perfectly fits BMW 5 Series and 6 Series mainstream models from 2011 to 2018 with strict factory standard dimensions for accurate bolt-on fitment.
Core Product Advantages Upgraded from weak original factory components, this control arm kit solves the common factory defects of aging bushings, loose ball joints, and metal fatigue after long-term driving. The forged aluminum structure improves overall rigidity, effectively resisting deformation under bumpy road conditions and heavy load driving. Enhanced wear-resistant ball joints and anti-aging rubber bushings greatly extend service life and avoid frequent replacement. Every arm is precisely molded according to OEM standards, supporting direct plug-and-play installation without cutting, drilling, or modification, friendly for professional repair shops and DIY maintenance.
Solvable Vehicle Pain Points Worn-out front control arms are the main cause of common BMW suspension failures, including vague and delayed steering response, front-end wandering at high speed, abnormal clunking and rattling noise when passing potholes or turning, uneven tire wear, loose front suspension feeling, and unstable vehicle body during braking. Many owners suffer from repeated partial replacement and recurring suspension problems; this full 10-piece kit completely repairs aging front suspension systems and eliminates these persistent faults at one time.
Compatible OBD Fault Codes Replacing the aging front control arm set effectively fixes suspension-related fault codes and system anomalies triggered by loose suspension geometry: C1055 (Suspension Component Malfunction), C1234 (Steering Position Sensor Plausibility Error caused by loose suspension), and intermittent chassis vibration fault prompts caused by deformed control arms and worn bushings.
Logistics & Shipping Benefits We provide free domestic shipping for all orders to reduce your vehicle repair costs. All in-stock suspension kits are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from local warehouses, allowing you to complete front suspension overhaul and restore stable driving experience without long waiting times.
Warranty & Installation Support Every OUSIMY front control arm kit comes with a reliable quality warranty for long-term stable use. With 100% OEM matching structure and complete matching accessories, it supports hassle-free DIY replacement. No extra tuning or auxiliary parts are required, helping you easily finish front suspension renovation and restore factory-level steering and handling performance.
